FIRST NIGHT OF HANUKKAH PARTY
Wear your TAI Hanukkah T-shirts and post your party pics on Instagram (@lextaiky)! All your Hanukkah needs are available at Sisterhood’s online gift shop. The gift shop deadline is 12/5.

CARING CONNECTIONS NIGHT
Adults and kids, on any day of Hanukkah, please drop off a homemade and/or heartfelt Hanukkah card on TAI’s porch for an elderly or homebound congregant. You can also visit the Sisterhood gift shop and make a donation to Caring Connections.

DAN NICHOLS CONCERT at 7PM
This exciting event for all ages is co-sponsored by Temple Adath Israel, Ohavay Zion Synagogue, Jewish Federation, and Hadassah. Dan Nichols is a singular talent in the world of Jewish music and is one of the most dynamic, influential and beloved Jewish musicians in North America.

LATKE VS. HAMANTASCHEN DEBATE at 5:30PM
Enjoy your homemade or TAI on RYE-purchased latkes, available here as Rabbi Wirtschafter and Rabbi Sabath entertain us with a new Latke vs. Hamantaschen debate. Candle-lighting service will follow. Please register for the event here.

TOY DONATION
Drop off a NEW, UNOPENED toy (ages 0-12) to the toy donation box on TAI’s porch any day of Hanukkah OR donate a toy online to UK Children’s Hospital. Physical donations will be donated to The Nest and used for holiday gift giving and other needs throughout 2021.

DAY OF GIVING
Please consider a donation of any size to TAI’s End-of-Year Appeal. Checks can be mailed to TAI, or you can donate online with credit card by clicking here. We will spend the day updating our progress towards our $15,000 goal on Facebook and Instagram.

ZOOM DREIDEL (6PM) & ZOOM TRIVIA (6:30PM)
TAI will host Zoom dreidel parties for kids of all ages at 6pm and Zoom trivia with general knowledge and Hanukkah-themed questions for adults at 6:30pm. Breakout rooms for Zoom dreidel will be established by age. Please register here by December 10th.

Get your eight favorite candles ready for a congregation-wide candle lighting after a short service led by Rabbi Wirtschafter and music by Lorne Dechtenberg and Shir Adat! Please register here.
